Policies:

We usually ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment but at times it can take a bit more than that. Please contact us if you need your items shipped immediately. We also ask, for events, that you order 2 weeks in advance of event. We only ship within Canada.

We use Canada Post to ship our plants using their Xpresspost option. This guarantees the fastest shipping. We want to make sure you receive your plants in the same condition as they left our greenhouse. Plants should not sit in a box longer than a few days.

  • Shipping and billing addresses must match; we are not responsible if packages are sent to an incorrect address. Please make sure the address you have provided is correct.
  • Plants require light and heat. Please make sure you open your package immediately upon arrival. Keep package out of extreme temperatures, hot or cold.
  • Please be aware of the weather in your area upon placing your order. We are not responsible for freeze damage.

Refunds/Exchange

We are 100% confident in the quality of our products. We carefully package your products, but sometimes that same care cannot be said about handling once the product leaves us. Sometimes, soil or plants can get loose during shipping. If this is the case, dust off plants and place any loose soil back around the plant base.

Since we use a third-party shipper, shipping is non-refundable. If you are ever unhappy about your order, contact us at info@millionplants.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to amend the situation. It is always helpful to email a few pictures of the issue, to help us understand. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
