Broadway Gardens 21st Annual Arts n Craft Show 2008

Important Stuff:

  1. Juror’s decisions are final. Acceptance into previous shows does not guarantee acceptance into the show this year
  2. Please do not call the Garden Centre to find out whether or not you have been accepted; everyone will be notified by mail of the juror’s decisions by July 7th, 2008.
  3. Please include a stamped, self- addressed envelope large enough to hold your photos so that we can return them to you. If you do not include a SASE, we will assume you do not want the pictures back and discard them.
  4. If you are involved in more than one type of craft, please make sure that all are represented in your photos. Only crafts previewed by the jury are permitted at the show. Please note that we may not accept all of your crafts into the show. Only those that are approved will be allowed at the show.
  5. You must participate in the show all 3 days – with no exception. Note: It is a Thursday, Friday, Saturday show and we are closed on Sunday.
  6. Set up is on Wednesday, November 19th. If you will not be setting up on Wednesday, please let us know not to expect you until Thursday morning. In which case all set up must be done by 9:00am
  7. Please inform us if there are any changes in your mailing address and phone numbers in the months leading into the craft show.
  8. Our show is held in an open greenhouse and there are no walls. The use of backdrops helps to differentiate your craft from that of the vendors behind or beside you. All crafters must have a backdrop for their display.
 

Show Dates:

Thursday, Nov. 20th, 2008 10am - 8pm
Friday, Nov. 21st, 2008 10am - 8pm
Saturday, Nov. 22nd, 2008 10am - 5pm


Application Deadline: June 1st., 2008
Juror's Decisions: July 8th., 2008
Set-up Date: Wednesday, Nov. 19th., 2008
